If you wish to keep your phone number to use it with our landline services we must carry the line to HandyCom's account.
When do you realize a portability process?
So your service won't be affected and inconvenience you we schedule with you the day and time to realize the portability process in advance.
What do I need for the portability process?
Please send us the following information:
- DID's digit numbers to carry
- Name of the current carrier
- Constitutive Act
- Legal representative current and valid ID
- Tax ID
- Power of attorney *if applies*
- Proof of address (Ideal, non obligatory)
- Last invoice from the current carrier (Ideal, non obligatory)
- Date and time that's convenient to you to do the portability process
How will I know when the portability process is complete?
When dialing the number and this one rings on the phone where HandyCom configured it.
Can I use my own phone number or can I get a new one?
