What is a SIP line?

It's a phone line that works with internet.

It has 2 things:

• DID: 10 digit umber that allows incoming calls to your phone.
• Extension: 4 digit number that allows you to make calls and receive calls in between extensions. 

what are the benefits of a SIP line?

Technical:

• Since the SIP line is activated on HandyCom's commutator, we can personalize the configuration to your needs. Such as extension groups, ACDs, IVRs, call diversions, etc.
• SIP line can be used in landline phones like softphones.

Financial:

• SIP line costs just as its call traffic is lower that an analog line..

How much is a SIP line?

 SIP lines  have a $185.00 mxp + tax monthly cost including unlimited calls according to locations listed on the White List

Price does not apply to call center lines.

How much is a SIP line for call center?

SIP line for call center has a $135.00 mxp + tax monthly.

Can I choose my phone number?

We can offer the following options:

1. We can carry your current phone number and assign it to your SIP line. I'm curious tell me more!

2. We can send you a range of numbers and you can tell us if you'd like one of those options.

3. If you are looking only for a specific number with a defined characteristic, let us know which are those and we will confirm if it is available. (Example: ending 1234)

Do we have 01800 numbers as well?

Yes. You can request a vanity number with the desired characteristics HERE

How much are those?

The line number by itself is $ 180 MXN + tax monthly.

Calls have a price of $ 0.72 MXN + tax a minute.

How do I know what kind of SIP line I have?

If you access the billing portal, you can find out which type of SIP line you have on the invoice detail description:

• SIP line broadband payed by client
• SIP line
• Additional SIP line for softphone
