When should I consider having a ring group?

When you have more than one agent answering calls.

What do I need to request a ring group?

1. Tell us if you already have a number or a specific extension you want your ring group to be. Otherwise we will assign an availiable number. 
2. Send us how many and which extensions you would like to be part of your ring group.

How much is a ring group?

Ring groups have a monthly cost of  $10.00 mxp + taxes, no matter the number of extensions that are part of the group.
