Spending concepts
In your invoice there are 5 spending concepts:
Datos (Data): All spendings related to internet links.
Fijo (Landline): All spendings related to landline services, this concept includes: softphones and spacial calls excluding long-distance calls.
Servicios Especiales (Special Services): Also known as IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), this concept includes charges for technological equipment that is either bought or rented.
Móvil (Mobile): All spendings related to mobile phone services, such as gadgets, phone plans, or any other extra charges excluding long-distance calls.
LD (Long Distance): we added this concept to differentiate the spendings in long distance call, including mobile calls (roaming and special plan packages) as well as long-distance calls from a landline.
The charges subdivide in two: Plans and Extras
Planes (Plans): Mensual and recurrent charges or those that are hired in a package deal.
Extras: All bulk charges (Example: call traffic, additional data spendings, etc.)
