Monthly invoices will be sent to the provided e-mail of the person in charge. If you would like to change this email address let us know via soporte@playtelecom.com
Which invoices can I download from the billing portal?
You can download your invoices from the past 2 years (current and last).
As for the Billing Details, you can only find and download the last three months. If you wish to get a previous billing detail email us to soporte@playtelecom.com, though we reserve the rights to deny this request since we might not have that information available anymore.
How can I download my Invoices?
1. Access our billing portal. with your email and password.
2. Select the option Facturas at the main menu.

3. A list with your Invoice history will display, select the invoice according to date and download them by clicking on the Download option right beside the folio as shown in the image below.

I can't find the invoice I'm looking for in the billing portal
Email us at soporte@playtelecom.com requesting your desired invoice mentioning the year and month in which it was issued.
