What should I do if my phone was stolen or lost?

Send us your number HERE and we will block the number so the service can't be used.

Inside CDMX: We can send you a new SIM card activated with your line, so you can use it with a new cellphone.

• If you wish for us to get you a new phone, tell us the brand and model you are interested and we will send you the pricing HERE
• If your plan is expired you could renew your smartphone.

Rest of the Mexican Republic: You should go to a Client Attention Center from Telcel to retrieve your new SIM card.

In which case let us know the day of your convinience.

Yes, CDMX: $114.44 MXP + taxes additional $144.20 MXP + taxes costs for mailing (if it applies).

Rest of the republic: varies on state. The payment will be made at the Client Attention Center from Telcel.
