What does a Controlled line mean?

If you have a controlled line you will not be able to consume data on bulk. This is so you can have more control over your data expenses. If you want to consume bulk data your line must be freed.

The moment you consume your plan data, you will not be able to use any app that requires mobile data (except Whatsapp, since it is unlimited). You can request the activation of additional data packages. 

How can I free my line?

Please send us your request HERE if you are the authorized person in your company, the line will be  freed so you can consume bulk data.
