¿What can I do if I am receiving unwanted calls?

If you are receiving unwanted call form the same number:

You can block the number on your mobile phone.

• On iPhone: Phone App> Recents> Select number> Select Block this Caller option> Block Contact
• On Android: Phone App>Recents> Select number>Select Block this Caller option> Block

If you are receiving unwanted publicity calls:

You can register your number at the Registro Público para Evitar Publicidad (REPEP or Public Registry to Avoid Publicity) through their web page:  https://repep.profeco.gob.mx/ 

¿What is REPEP?

• Is a protección mechanism so the consumers are not disturbed by unwanted publicity via phone call, text messages.
• Calls from financing services, billing, banks, insurance, politic organizations and surveys do not apply for this registry.
• It's free
• This registry validation is undefined 

¿What do I need for the registry with the REPEP?

You only need the number you want to register.

Fill out the requested fields at the web page and press the Register button

¿What can I do if this unwanted calls are still bothering me or if they are threatening? 

Request a number change for your phone number sending us a mail to [e-mail]

Once the change is confirmed you just have to turn off and then back on your cellphone to restore the service, no need for a new SIM card.
