What do I need to request a new extension?
To request a new extension send us the following information:
- User's name :
- Phone type: (Bria o teléfono fijo)
- Location:
- Special Configurations: (ACD, IVR, RG, Call Group, Redirecting, etc)
If you have a phone number in stock with us:
- Phone's serial number
- Device IP number
IF you own your own IP devise:
- Device IP number
You can add:
- Cost center:
- Business Unit:
- Immediate chief:
- User's level:
How do I know my devices IP number?
1° Verify that your phone is on and conected to a wifi or internet service. (Behind it you will find the ethernet cable (Imagen1) plugged on the LAN input port (Imagen2)).

2° The spot of the cable may vary with brand and model of your devise, the IP number might be found on a different spot.
